Lessons Learned :D

I know MANY students, teens, college students say school is torture, Yeah WE KNOW THAT. You have to cope with it, imagine a world without school. No anything, everything made is Because they went to school. School is also the place where you meet friends, learn from tour mistakes, and etc... I know how it feels to be cramped up with mountains of homework since i am a high school student and I'm also an orchestra member so additional hours in school, but I learn to balance my time also. I find time to blog, to play games, to go play sports, to chillax, but the most important is to study. Don't forget that :). 

Don't Judge A Book By Its Cover

                I just recalled my first day in High School, we met all our teachers and after some time we met our Filipino teacher ( I'm Filipino so we have a class for that ). His first impression to our class was a very STRICT and UNFRIENDLY. We were actually very scared to have him as a teacher. But as the days went on, he became nicer, friendlier, funnier, and a respectful teacher. He teaches very well, and accepts if he makes a mistake. He likes to make jokes at someones mistake and if someone is noisy, he will not shout but actually make a joke out of what they were talking about. At one period in time, he was actually singing near the door because we were watching a video about Filipino Music, and we were all smiling and happy. Just as they say, DO NOT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER

P.S. for people who know me irl, you know who i'm talking about :P.

Ignorance - Paramore

Ahhh..... Finally home after a tiring but fun day at school.While I was in the car, Ignorance by Paramore played and I remembered pretending to sing to this song like 2 years ago ( yeah... I'm not a singer so meh ). I remember the time when I thought i will never be able to play any kind of instrument but eventually, thanks to my brother, I first learned the piano, then after that the violin, then the guitar, and now the Contrabass :D. Anyway, Enjoy this song :)

DLSZ Orchestra and Strings

Over the past years, my friends have been saying and recommending me to join the Strings and Orchestra. I thought about it but did not do it for 2 years. This year I decided to join since I wanted to be part of my school's Strings and Orchestra, I was going to apply for Violin or Cello but unfortunately they had no more slots open. But the teacher in charge said to me that they still needed a ContraBassist ( Double-Bass ), so I said ill think about it. After around 2 days, I made up my mind and said yes because I also want to learn as much instruments possible.

Today was the first day of practice and orientation. I was nervous at first (even though I have like 10 batchmates there) because there were many people who we're not familiar to me. But after the introduction, I was happy to be warmly welcomed as part of the Strings and Orchestra.
